Presentation Systems South, Inc has been serving educators since 1994. Our primary goals have been supplying schools nationwide with equipment, supplies, training and service. We enjoy a working relationship with thousands of schools and districts across the United States. During the past 20 years we have supplied poster printers, labeling machines and laminators to over 2000 schools.
Our support services include our training department providing instruction for new and existing customers. Each customer is extensively trained in the operation of their equipment. The training is performed onsite with the primary operator(s) and any additional staff requested. Additional training is provided when there is a change in personnel or for those requiring a second session.
Our service department provides telephone assistance, web assistance and onsite visits to repair customer units. Each system comes with troubleshooting guides for customer ease and convenience. A technical service representative is available during normal business hours for problem identification and troubleshooting. 97.6% of problem inquiries can be solved via telephone. If a problem can not be solved over the phone, a service technician is dispatched (usually within 24 hours) to solve the problem. Our service technicians are factory trained by the manufacturer for each system.
Our staff is available for customer orders, pricing, invoicing, accounts receivable and general inquiries during normal business hours. A fully stocked warehouse is maintained to fulfill customer orders in a timely manner. Orders placed by 2pm are usually shipped the same day for next day arrival at the customer location.
